How to lose weight and get in shape. Goal setting.

Peace be to you all! 2017 looks to be a year of many changes. Many of you are engaged in self-improvement activities and are planning your New Year's resolutions NOW. Good for you! It is important to acknowledge our bad habits in order to begin our self-improvement journey. Some of you may find it helpful to qualify as well as quantify your goals. It may also help to rationalize your goals (Why do you want to acheive a particular goal?).

When it comes to losing weight, getting into a rigorous academic program, or making money, discipline and knowledge are of tantamount importance! Make small, consistent changes in order to acheive big result. Be patient with yourself and your unuque situation. Everyone must run their OWN marathon in life.
